Thai Reflexology @ Village Mall,SP

Thai Reflexology @ Village Mall

Me, my mum n dad went to the Thai Reflexology located @ Village Mall here in Sg.Petani right after my mum finished her work.. I hv always wanted to try Thai reflexology stuffs and the massage as well. I never had any courage to go alone (if it is my 1st time), so I always tag along my friends (you know who you are..haha).. My dear is one of my major victim of course. My bro as well but only for certain occasion.. In this case, my mum n dad lah.. I picked the foot massage while my mum n dad picked body+ foot massage for 1 hour. Each of it cost RM38. I'm not sure if there is any cheaper @ another place. My mum was reluctant at 1st. It had been like 10th times I asked her to go try the reflexology because she always complain about her back pain. Finally, hehe.. Yesterday Huda n I went to Body Revolution (beside Old Town White Coffee) to survey the place.

- The prices for both places are not much different.
- The Body Revolution is more privacy (because u hv to take off ur cloth)
- If u can speak Mandarin, u won't hv prob @ Body Revolution since the workers r from China. Communication breakdown for me becoz their English is so weak. At Thai Reflexology, the communication is better. Ok la if they can speak like '2 persons?', '1 hour, 2 hour', ' can can' etc. They are from Thailand. Some of them had lived @ Jeniang (Kedah yer)
- Thai Reflexology only have female workers (initially I did not allow my dad to get the body massage.. but then no nudity over there so OK la..haha..).. However @ Body Revolution they have male workers.. of course la kan kalau dah nak kena bukak baju..
- Body Revolution is more privacy than Thai Reflexology but they do take good care of you.

My mum and dad was very satisfied. I think after this they won't wait for me..huhu.

Happy Chinese New Year

Very tired..just came back from visiting my grandparents.. 1st in the morning we went of to Ipoh then Penang.. The journey was fine until..This is the tiring part. The traffic jam begins before entering the bridge (before the toll).. Can you imagine from the junction is 1 lane-then become 2 lanes (illegally) -- then until toll, separated into plaza A & B. The total lane is 11 lane (if I'm not mistaken) -- then become 2 lanes again to accross the bridge.. It took ~40 minutes just to pass the toll.. even the smart tag also cannot do any miracle. I wonder whose brain behind the existence of the loads of tolls.. so clever.. I'm not sure whether my theory is correct or not. or maybe the tolls do ease the traffic jam. but before the so-called existence of the merry tolls the traffic was not that bad. Haih..

-Wishing Happy New Year to all of you..-

The arrival of New MOON!!

I thought it's going to be like a century to wait for the special order to arrive @ the Kinokuniya.. then I receive a sms : 'Kinokuniya CS:Please come & collect "New Moon" at reservation counter within 3 days.Tq.'.. woohooo.. I just placed the order one week ago. So now I have to wait for the 'Breaking Dawn' since I already have Twilight & Eclipse. I've been searching (not so many places) only at Kinokuniya KLCC (Twilight here), Borders The Gardens (only hv Twilight) & MPH Midvalley (I grab Eclipse here) n Alamanda (none at all). Knowing that the books are out of stock mostly everywhere---I gave up (pity my bro & my dear have to follow me just to find the books). But then my bro once again bought another Jamie Oliver book same price as the previous one only at MPH they have 30% dicount. Finally I went back to online order, relying to the internet and no need to curse some sick drivers and the traffic jam. So, I placed the special order here (with no surcharge) for the New Moon and Breaking Dawn. My dear is going to pick up the book this Wednesday, since he is nearby to the Kino during the day.. wink (^.^)v

Zero knowledge about my car

I'm going back for CNY holiday this Friday (yayyyyyyy..) I'm worried my about my cute car.. takut la kan tetiba meragam tgh jalan ke.. hopefully not because her owner has zero knowledge about the car.. this morning I tried to check her.. Normal stuffs like minyak hitam, air bateri emmmm others (perhaps?).. uhuk uhuk.. bila bukak bonet ja, nak tgk apa pun tak tau.. sedey la.. this is not the 1st time.. my dad did teach me how to check all that stuffs, but to avail I never try to memorise all that. Eh. I did try, but then maybe I am lack of practical. Ingat gak dulu nak bukak bonet pun x tau nak kena tarik button maner.. waa.. had to call my bro..

So, this morning I called the Perodua service centre to ask for a walk in service. I arrived there around 9.15 am and left @ 10.30 am. They only add the 'air bateri' with total charge RM2.70. Kalau report kat my mum mesti kena gelak. Then I went to search for car wash. Sadly I couldn't find one. My car dah x nampak rupa pun. This afternoon I'll go find one again.

update - car shiny shiny odi..

Maut - huhu..

I watched this movie @ Alamanda.. not proud .. just as I expected.. not that good even though some of the scenes quite scary and terrifying.. especially the one 'like in hell'.. but then it really gives you a great awareness.. My friend even said watching this movie like flipping through Mastika. A waste of RM9 for the movie.. The stories are straight forward and very simple. For people who read this, please don't watch this movie.. (huhu..jadi jahat not promoting the local movie)

Story 1:
On the way home, university student, Su notices another girl (Fadilah) on the bus. An eerie feeling accompanies Su on the bus. She reaches home, still feeling the cold cutting through her bones. Later that night, a soaking wet girl knocks on her door, asking for help. She needed a place to stay for the night as her bag has been stolen. Feeling pity, Su lets her stay and the girl sleeps soundly. The next morning, she is gone. The girl was found dead @ the Christian cemetery..

Story 2:
Farah is a stewardess who is living her life to the fullest - drugs, sex and alcohol. She then marries her long-time boyfriend, a foreigner, who converted for love, or more appropriately…for lust. Does her married successful? Not at first but at last after she had nightmares and being 'tortured' by God for her wrong doings, she turned into a new leaf.

Story 3:
A young man, JJ, forgets his roots and his religion. Tattoos on his body, black metal blaring on his stereo and free sex a regular practice; he is the son who has crushed his mother’s heart. On his way back from an illegal black metal concert, JJ and his friends got involved in an accident and JJ has a serious injury. JJ is safe at first but eventually he died. The grave doesn't accept him.

I started with the 'Hi' cuppy.. Yummy.. おいしいかった です。The cuppywink madam works @ Bangi, so it makes the order easier to me as she can deliver the cuppies to UKM. My classmate order the CNY set. She's going to get that by Wednesday. Let's wait for her comment.. Conclusion - I am happy and satisfied with the cute cuppies.. wink (^.^)v

Yes Man - hillarious!!

Release date : 18 December 2008
Director : Peyton Reed
Cast : Jim Carrey, Zooey Deschanel, Bradley Cooper, John Michael Higgins, Terence Stamp

Jim Carrey stars as Carl Allen, a man who signs up for a self-help program based on one simple principle: say yes to everything...and anything. At first unleashing the power of “yes” transforms Carl’s life in amazing and unexpected ways, but he soon discovers that opening up his life to endless possibilities can have its drawbacks.

(Source: Warner Brothers)

Yes Man is really hillarious.. When it is the part to laugh, everybody really laugh it out loud.. Jim Carrey acting is superb and the jokes are original and spontaneous. There is a scene where Carl Allen (Jim Carrey) uses a guitar singing 'Jumper' by Third Eye Blind to try to prevent a suicidal man from jumping of the apartment. Everybody end up sing along with him (including the suicidal man) and also the fireman. really funny. At the end of the movie there is a part where Carl ride a Ducati to meet Allison (Zooey Deschanel), he comes out from the smoke looks like a hero with his hospital gown make all of us laugh out so hard. This movie teach you to enjoy your life while you still have the time.. Overall it is a very entertaining movie.

- I think the teppanyaki @ Midvalley is much much terms of quantity, price and taste.. if I am not mistaken the chicken Teppanyaki @ Midvalley is RM9.90 where as @Mr.Teppanyaki is RM11.90.. maybe because they have the Miso soup (is it correct?)

Just bought the Twilight novel @ Kinokuniya this afternoon..It costs RM35.50.. The novel has 2 versions but the content remain the same of course.. one is with Edward Cullen and Isabella Swan as the cover (from the movie). This one costs RM 33.50.. the size is smaller as well. The other one is with the hand holding the apple (I believe this is the original version).
My brother bought a Jamie Oliver's book. can't remember the title. He is undoubtly a huge fan of Jamie. It costs RM108 after 20% discount (the discount is given when you buy another book in a single receipt).. but then definitely he sure can cook.. haha..

Release Date 01 January 2009
Classification 18SG
Director Howard McCain

Cast James Caviezel, Sophia Myles, Jack Huston, John Hurt, Ron Perlman.

During the reign of the Vikings, Kainan (James Caviezel), a man from a far-off world, crash lands on Earth bringing with him an alien predator known as the Moorwen. Though both man and monster are seeking revenge for violence committed against them, Kainan leads the alliance to kill the Moorwen by fusing his advanced technology with the Viking's Iron Age weaponry. Afterall it was Kainan who brought the Moorwen to the world. They had destroyed the Moorwen's land leaving only one survivor Moorwen (the one seeking for revenge).

This movie was so real disgusting.. terribly with lots of suspense scenes.. the beast /alien named Moorwen was so ewwwwww (not to my like).. the scenes where lots of dead bodies are so disgusting.. freaks me out. the caramel popcorn also doesn't taste that sweet anymore.. they really showed where the part that Moorwen eat its food (human body) alive- the man still was screaming in pain when he was eaten.. This one is really a 18SG movie..

TWILIGHT is an action-packed, modern day love story between a vampire and a human. Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) has always been a little bit different, never caring about fitting in with the trendy girls at her Phoenix high school. Her mother remarries and sends Bella to live with her father in the rainy little town of Forks, Washington. Then she meets the mysterious and dazzlingly beautiful Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson), a boy unlike any she's ever met. Intelligent and witty, he sees straight into her soul. Soon, Bella and Edward are swept up in a passionate and decidedly unorthodox romance. Edward can run faster than a mountain lion, he can stop a moving car with his bare hands - and he hasn't aged since 1918. Like all vampires, he's immortal. But he doesn't have fangs, and he doesn't drink human blood; Edward and his family are unique among vampires in their lifestyle choice. To Edward, Bella is that thing he has waited 90 years for - a soul mate. But the closer they get, the more Edward must struggle to resist the primal pull of her scent, which could send him into an uncontrollable frenzy. When the Cullen's mortal vampire enemies (James, Laurent & Victoria) came to town looking for Bella, the Cullens protected her. James was killed by the Cullens by burning him in the fire. Bella was saved by Edward from the venom which was caused by James' bite.
